So, I gotta say, the location was great for where we needed to be, restaurants all around. The staff was friendly, and they really tried to make my stay special, the bartender was cool, went out of his way to help me with my meal choices due to dietary stuff, which I appreciated.
But let me tell ya, this place wasn’t cheap, should’ve been nicer for the money but I guess it was acceptable enough.

The hotel features a clean, modern environment with spacious rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is exceptionally attentive, with Malika at the front desk going above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process and a prompt dinner order, even late at night. The location is ideal, surrounded by various shops and restaurants, making it convenient for both business and leisure activities.
The dining experience could be improved.

The location is fantastic, right in the middle of the North Hills with easy access to shopping and dining. The room was clean and overall spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice living area. I really appreciated the friendly greetings from the staff. they were always attentive and helpful. However, the air conditioning didn’t work well. The room got uncomfortably hot during the night, even with the thermostat adjusted. Also, the plumbing had issues. we lost hot water completely one night, which was disappointing. It felt like a big difference compared to my previous visits, where everything was typically perfect. They did offer a discount for the inconvenience, but I still left feeling let down.

If you're hungry, the local joints are a must! Five Guys is just a stroll away for killer burgers, and the Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar has a wild mashup of flavors that blew me away. Plus, don't sleep on the hotel restaurant. my mocktail was a standout, and the breakfast spread was delish.
The elevator from the garage had a funky horse smell, and our first room had a strange clicking noise by the HVAC. Not ideal, but props to the staff for sorting it out with a room switch. Still, a better first impression would’ve been nice.

The location is a highlight, nestled in a vibrant area with shops and eateries just a short walk away. A standout feature is the gym next door, equipped with extensive facilities, including a lap pool and sauna. The fresh-baked scones at breakfast were a delightful treat. Unfortunately, there were minor inconveniences. some amenities seemed a bit outdated, and the coffee offered in the lobby was not to my liking. Overall, the combination of comfort and convenience made for an enjoyable stay.
